Always Compassionate Health is seeking dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Active New York State Physical Therapist license required.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
