Job description
Physical Therapist - PT
BrightStar Care of Tallahassee is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide 1:1 in-home therapy services to patients in Pensacola and surrounding areas. If you're looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships, this is a great opportunity.
What You'll Do
Provide personalized 1:1 in-home physical therapy services
Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
Assist patients with mobility training, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

What You Need
Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
