We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Mill Hall, PA area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! The bonus opportunities extend well beyond your first year. Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, functional mobility assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and independence Work independently, but never alone Travel to patient homes within assigned territory Dedicated field education team supporting you from Day 1 Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance Fleet Vehicle Program Pension Plan + 401K Up to 90% off degrees and certifications through our Purdue University partnership PT Qualifications Active Physical Therapist, PT license in the state you work One year of experience as a Physical Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
