Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a weekend Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility .

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents' conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
Relieve resident's pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
PT Requirements Include: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current New York State PT License

Sigma Health Rehab is recruiting for a per weekend Physical Therapist (PT) position at our client facility, Steuben located in Bath, New York. Our team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.
