nPosition Summary
nPMC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric outpatient team. This role focuses on clinic-based pediatric physical therapy, supporting children's gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
nPTAs work under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive, collaborative environment.

nKey Responsibilities
nnnProvide pediatric physical therapy treatments in an outpatient clinic setting
n
nnImplement treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist
n
nnAddress gross motor skills, motor planning, balance, strength, and coordination
n
nnMonitor patient progress and communicate outcomes with the therapy team
n
nnEducate families on home exercise programs and developmental strategies
n
nnMaintain accurate, timely documentation
n
nnEnsure patient safety and deliver care using best practices
n
n nQualifications
nnnGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
n
nnActive Maryland PT or PTA license
n
nnPediatric therapy experience preferred (new grads encouraged)
n
nnStrong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
n
n nSchedule & Location
nnnFull-Time, Part-Time, PRN
n
nnMonday–Friday, flexible
n
nnHagerstown or Frederick, MD locations
