nWhat You'll Be Doing
n• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
n• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
n• Improve patient mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function
n• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and self-care strategies
n• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
n• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress
nQualifications
nActive Physical Therapist License in the State of California
nMaster's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
nMinimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
nHome Health experience strongly preferred
nCurrent BLS Certification with hands-on CPR
nValid Driver's License and Reliable Insured Vehicle

nPay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
