Job description
Position Summary: Responsible for providing services to both inpatients and outpatients, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation.
nPosition Requirements:
nEducation: Graduate of accredited School of Physical Therapy.
nLicensure: Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
nCertifications: Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
