Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a SNF setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care and collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include evaluating new patients, developing plans of care with measurable goals, treating patients, educating them on progress, supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, and completing timely documentation.
