Job description
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide direct patient care, assess medical conditions and functional abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans in a facility setting.
The PT will document patient progress, educate patients and families on therapy methods, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants while collaborating with all disciplines to ensure optimal, patient-centered care.
