Job description
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to assess patients and deliver direct rehab care. You will develop and manage individualized treatment plans under physician direction.
The role requires supervising PT Assistants, documenting progress, and coordinating with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes. A valid license and experience in long-term/geriatric care are preferred.
