Job description
Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services at Valley View Healthcare Center in Fremont, OH. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement individualized therapy programs, and work within an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and function.
