Physical Therapist - Rehab

Job Title: Physical Therapist - Rehab
Location: Atlantis, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: -
Schedule: 07:00 - 15:00 (D/N)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist; Valid Physical Therapist license; Be willing to obtain Florida licensure
Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic services to patients in a hospital setting
Develop and implement patient care plans according to physician orders
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
