Job description
FullShift Staffing is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join a critical access hospital in Anthony, Kansas. This full-time role blends hands-on therapy with leadership opportunities in a supportive, community-focused setting.
You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and oversee PTAs while serving as Rehab Department Manager for PT, OT, and Speech services. Lead a small, dedicated team, manage budgets and scheduling, and help shape department policies within the hospital.
