Job description
Alliance Health at Baldwinville is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team in Skilled/Long Term Care and Outpatient Clinic. The PT will evaluate and screen referrals to Rehab, interpret evaluations, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan resident care.
The position offers flexible hours and a day shift schedule at a single location in Massachusetts. A Physical Therapy License is required; CPR certification is preferred.
