Sandridge Post Acute is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, coordinate with families and the health team, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence and supervising PT Assistants in direct resident care.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure, with CPR certification as applicable.
