Job description
Millington Healthcare in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and administer a prescribed PT treatment program for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability. You will review physician referrals, prepare treatment plans, and coordinate with the medical team to optimize care.
You will document progress, supervise PT aides, train students, and ensure compliance with infection control and policy standards.
