Job description
A long-term care facility is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises, and completing Medicare documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, has a current state PT license, and possesses strong teamwork and communication skills. Experience in long-term care and knowledge of Medicare guidelines is preferred.
