Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency in Savannah, GA is hiring a licensed physical therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs that improve mobility and relieve pain for patients with disease or injury.
You will develop and revise treatment plans with patients and families, conduct ongoing assessments, document progress, and ensure high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and infection control. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
