Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Sacramento, CA | 13 Weeks
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join Kaiser South Sacramento’s outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for outpatient cases.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and rehab staff.
Document care accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient PT experience (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a rehab team
