Physical Therapist Salaried - Summit, Meridian, Puyallup, WA

Job Details
Job Type: Full‑time (Mon‑Fri, four 10‑hour days)
Location: Summit, Meridian, Puyallup, Washington
Salary: $85,000‑$105,000 per year
Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $15,000

Responsibilities
Review patients’ medical history, assess current conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
Diagnose and manage patients using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to improve pain, mobility, and prevent further injury
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Washington
Hand therapy experience or interest is available but not required
