Physical Therapist
Salt Lake City, UT Urgently Hiring $95,000–$105,000+ | 4-Day Work Week | No Nights or Weekends | Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients throughout their recovery
Supervise PTAs
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred
Active Utah Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
Strong communication and patient care skills
