Job description

This school-based position near Chandler, AZ, is designed for a skilled Physical Therapist who is eager to make a difference across two dynamic educational environments. You'll deliver 150 minutes of direct therapy services per month, providing crucial interventions that enhance students' physical well-being and educational access. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Previous experience providing therapy services in school settings
Strong communication and documentation skills
Adaptability and professionalism in managing a school caseload
Ability to work independently and travel between locations
Your Responsibilities: Provide direct physical therapy interventions (150 minutes/month) across two schools
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for students with physical needs
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
Consult collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to integrate physical therapy recommendations into classroom routines
Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services
Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expertise and progress updates
Promote safe, accessible learning environments for all students
