Job description

Key Qualifications:
Valid NJ Physical Therapy license required
Experience in a school setting (K-12) is preferred
Ability to work effectively across multiple schools within the district
Must complete or obtain New Jersey-mandated requirements: recent TB test, physical, and fingerprint clearance for both the agency and district
Comfortable participating in a virtual Zoom interview
Adaptable, collaborative mindset for working with diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Assess student needs, develop appropriate intervention plans, and monitor progress
Work district-wide, traveling between multiple school sites as scheduled
Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and district requirements
This full-time role covers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 3:15PM. The assignment runs from September 4, 2026, through June 25, 2027.
