Qualifications:
• Active PT licensure in Pennsylvania
• Pediatric, educational, or school-based PT experience highly valued
• Ability to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Develop and provide therapy sessions tailored to each student's goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student response
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape supportive strategies
