Position Qualifications:
Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license
Possession of (or eligibility to obtain) an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based physical therapy
Ability to adapt interventions to meet a wide range of student needs
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
What You'll Do: Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students, supporting IEP goals and collaborating with educational teams
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff to promote student participation in school activities
Maintain required records and data in accordance with school and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Promote student independence, safety, and optimal functioning within the school community
