Job description

Desired Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Demonstrated experience working in schools or pediatric healthcare settings
Solid understanding of IEPs and the ability to contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a passion for fostering student success
Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans tailored to students' individual needs
Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, supporting students' mobility, motor skills, and access to their learning environment
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation, participating in IEP meetings as needed
Offer consultation and training to educators and caregivers on techniques for maximizing student independence
Promote an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student participation and engagement
