Job description
Riverdale Health Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, document and facilitate care for residents with impaired function, participating in interdisciplinary teams and contributing to decline-prevention policies.
You will perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, follow infection-control procedures, and collaborate with staff to promote resident independence and quality of life.
