Job description
Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) at Wilton Retirement Community in Wilton, IA, to provide rehabilitation services for adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. Evaluations, treatment planning, and outcome-focused care are central to the role.
The PT will assess gait and mobility, develop care plans, supervise PTAs as licensed, manage schedules, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
