Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will evaluate residents, design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapies that improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life. Working in a supportive, team-focused culture, you will collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, and other therapists, actively participate in care planning, and educate patients and families.
