Job description

Sigma Health Rehab, a premier provider of rehabilitation services, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in New York. You will evaluate residents, design rehab plans, and apply evidence-based methods to improve function and independence.

Licensed NY PT with SNF or geriatric care experience preferred; new grads with relevant fieldwork are encouraged to apply.
