Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and part-time/PRN options. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, and coordinate with facilities to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements include graduation from an APTA-accredited program and a valid state license; computer literacy and documentation skills are essential.
