nnPhysical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports
nnLocation: NovaCare Rehabilitation – Silver Spring, MD
nCompensation: $85,000 - $105,000Incentives: Up to $10,000 bonus and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!)

nnWhy Join Us?
nWe’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. Our therapists treat an average of 10–12 patients per day , with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. We focus on quality over quantity to improve outcomes.
nnnOur outpatient center offers a diverse list of specialties, including:
n General Orthopedics
Sports Medicine
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
Oncology (ReVital)
ACL Program
Fall Prevention
Dry Needling
n nnHave a specialty you're passionate about? We’re open to expanding our services based on your interests and expertise.
nnSchedule:
n Full-time, 40 hours/week
Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior)
Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate
n nnCompensation & Perks:
n Base Salary: Starting at $85,000+ , based on experience

n nnResponsibilities
n Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n nQualifications
n Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification
