Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility - Travel Develop personalized treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing setting

Requirements of the Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility - Travel Current Physical Therapy license
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred
CPR certification
