Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house skilled nursing facility team. You will provide direct physical therapy services to residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
The role requires an active PT license, a BS in Physical Therapy, and commitment to ongoing professional development. Full time, part time, or PRN positions may be available, with benefits as described.
