Job description
Paycom - ATS in Washington state is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide and supervise comprehensive patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
You will educate staff and families, supervise rehab aides, and coordinate with the Rehab Director to ensure high-quality outcomes. This full-time role requires approved PT credentials and dedication to patient-centered care.
