Job description
The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Peekskill, NY is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You will interview with on-site leadership and collaborate closely with nursing, OT, SLP, and other clinicians.
Responsibilities include performing comprehensive PT evaluations, setting functional goals, delivering interventions, documenting progress, and mentoring PTAs and students while supporting safe discharge planning within a 35-facility network.
