Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS
Preferred Qualifications
SNF Experience CA License Covid Vaccination + Booster Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred Productivity: 90 %
