Job description
Apple Rehab Guilford, a 86-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Guilford, CT, seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and restore maximum movement and function.
You will work with an experienced team, review referrals, apply evidence-based therapy, educate patients and families, and participate in coordinating care while upholding HIPAA and professional standards.
