Physical Therapist
Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN | $50/HourFlexible Weekday & Weekend Shifts | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring PRN Physical Therapists to provide coverage in our Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is a great opportunity for PTs looking for flexible hours, additional income, and a supportive therapist-led environment.

Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
