Physical Therapist (PT) - SNF | Travel or Local
San Jose, CA | 13-Weeks | $66-$75/hr, DOE
Blue United Sourcing is placing a Physical Therapist (PT) at a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA — the heart of Silicon Valley, surrounded by incredible dining, outdoor adventures, and year-round sunshine. This is a 13-week contract starting ASAP, with a travel-to-perm path available for the right candidate. Think of it as a try-before-you-commit opportunity. Come experience the facility and the Bay Area lifestyle — if it clicks, a permanent placement is an option.
Quick Details
$66-$75/hr, DOE
13-week contract | Start date: 3/2/2026
36 hours/week | Full-Time
SNF setting | Travel Contract (or Permanent Placement)
Requirements
Active CA PT license required
SNF experience preferred
Strong clinical and documentation skills
