Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
As part of the team, you will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, collaborate with facility staff, and maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharges, while educating patients on their injury and expected outcomes.
