Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Zion, IL is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, document progress, and collaborate with facility staff.
You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate progress, and adjust goals while providing education to patients and families about injury, progression, and outcomes.
