Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team providing the highest quality care for patients in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate progress, revise plans of care, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families about progress and outcomes.
