Job description

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks qualified Physical Therapists to join our growing team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, delivering high-quality care and collaborating with facility staff.

You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate patient progress, adjust plans of care, and complete timely documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
