Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Palatine, IL, is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our growing team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
You will provide excellent patient care, collaborate with facility staff, evaluate new patients, develop plans of care with measurable goals, educate patients about progress and outcomes, supervise PTAs, re-evaluate progress, and maintain timely documentation.
