Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic SNF team. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care and collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include treating patients, documenting progress, supervising assistants where applicable, and communicating with patients and families about plans, progress and expected outcomes.
