Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our growing team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
You will collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families about progress, supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, and maintain timely documentation.
