Balance Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient practice in Beachwood, Ohio.

Position Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide evidence-informed treatment based on each patient's condition, goals, and functional needs
Educate patients and families about treatment, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team
Work collaboratively with therapists, assistants, and support staff
Help patients make meaningful progress toward greater independence and quality of life
Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Ohio licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
New graduates and experienced physical therapists are encouraged to apply
