Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 4232 East Chandler Blvd, Suite 24 Phoenix, Arizona 85048
nIncentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
nSchedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
nCompensation: Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Porgram
nPhysical Therapist – Orthopedic & Sports Medicine
nWe are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with experience treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
nWe welcome new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations. Advanced certifications such as SCS, OCS, or CSCS are highly valued. This is a weekday-only schedule , providing excellent work-life balance while allowing you to grow your expertise alongside an exceptional clinical team.

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
