Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will evaluate functional deficits, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care while documenting progress using EMR systems.
